SERVPRO is hiring a Restoration Project Manager! Key responsibilities include managing the customer experience and ensuring overall satisfaction, responding promptly to potential customer inquiries and emergencies, creating accurate scopes of work and estimates using proprietary software, negotiating and obtaining approval for estimates and scopes from clients and adjusters, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and resources for ongoing projects, reviewing job documentation to ensure proper billing and compliance, communicating with customers, vendors, teammates, and insurance reps, controlling production costs including materials, equipment, and vehicles, overseeing safe work practices and enforcing safety/risk management standards, recruiting, hiring, and training production team members.

Requirements include minimum 2 years of project management experience in construction, strong communication, organizational, and computer skills, experience in cleaning/restoration (preferred), a high school diploma or GED required, IICRC certification (preferred), Xactimate experience is a plus, a valid driver's license required, ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance, able to work on ladders, in tight spaces, and at ceiling heights, comfortable with physical tasks and cleaning products/chemicals, willing to travel locally and occasionally out of state, and ability to pass a background check.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
