Line Cook Line Cook Range: $13.93 - $16.79 per hour. Red Robin is a high‑volume, full‑service restaurant concept that values energy, fun, and a sense of belonging. Responsibilities Prepare food in the Red Robin way, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients. Maintain guest safety by adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness rules. Receive a free meal each shift in addition to base pay. Qualifications & Requirements Must be 17 or older. Must be 18 or older to be eligible for health insurance. Must be 21 or older for retirement benefits after 1+ years of service. Ability to work flexible schedules and meet the minimum hours for benefits eligibility. Benefits & Compensation Referral Bonus. Employee Stock Purchase Program after 1+ years of service, 20+ hours per week. Health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage (must be 18+). 401(k) retirement plan with company match to 4% of pay (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours per year). Paid Time Off: 0.0192 hours for each hour worked (after 1+ years of service, 35+ hours per week). Flexible work schedules. 50% discount on Red Robin food and 25% for family members.
