We specialize in residential framing projects and are looking for someone who can contribute immediately on job sites with efficiency and professionalism.ResponsibilitiesPerform residential wood framing (walls, floors, roofs)Set and install roof trusses safely and accuratelyRead and interpret blueprints and construction plansOperate framing tools and equipment efficientlyWork with the crew to meet project deadlinesMaintain a clean and safe job siteRequirementsProven experience in framing carpentry (required)Experience setting trussesAbility to operate necessary equipment and toolsStrong understanding of construction methods and safety practicesReliable transportation to job sitesAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditionsTeam-oriented with a strong work ethic
