Role: Software Trainer

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite in Hartford, CT)

Duration: 3 Months

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Software Trainer to lead end-user training during the migration from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace. The trainer will design and deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions, create training materials, and support employees in adopting Google applications.

Required Skills:

3+ years of experience as a Software/Technical/IT Trainer
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Chat, Meet)
Familiarity with Microsoft 365/Office 365
Experience creating training materials and user documentation
Strong presentation and communication skills
Experience delivering classroom and virtual training to end users
Experience with software migration or change management is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions
Develop training guides and documentation
Train users on Google Workspace applications
Support the Microsoft-to-Google migration
Work with the CIO to develop the training strategy
Provide post-training support and answer user questions
