Community Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator

The Salvation Army North & Central Illinois Division

The Salvation Army North & Central Illinois Division is seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator to advocate for SAHLC within surrounding communities. You will cultivate deeper partnerships, coordinate meetings and activities, and support clients to progress toward addiction treatment goals in collaboration with counselors and other staff. Responsibilities include developing case management plans, coordinating community resources, and promoting best practices for effective client engagement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
