Join Our Growing Team!

Flawless Grass & Hardscape is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Canvassers. Your role is simple: introduce homeowners to our services and schedule free appointments for our sales team. You are not responsible for selling or providing estimates.

If you enjoy meeting new people, working outdoors, and earning great income, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Canvass residential neighborhoods door-to-door.
Speak with homeowners about our synthetic turf and hardscape services.
Schedule free in-home consultations for our sales representatives.
Accurately enter appointments into the company CRM.
Meet daily and weekly appointment goals.
Represent Flawless Grass & Hardscape professionally.
