Registered Nurse - Emergency Room Location Arcata, CA Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Day shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, three 12-hour shifts weekly. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Emergency Room. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the emergency department. Manage emergency situations and provide timely and effective patient treatment. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Document patient conditions and progress accurately. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active California RN license. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required. Proof of negative TB screen within 12 months of contract starting date.
