Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot electrical problems, make decisions necessary to repair,and restore equipment to design specifications.
- Perform electrical tests using megger, OHM meter, and other test equipment.
- Perform complex predictive and preventative maintenance functions.
- Perform work utilizing prints and/or computer logic.
- make process control changes.
- Read wiring and circuit diagrams.
- Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations.
Skills:
- 1 year of PLC experience required.
- 2 years of vocational/technical school or 4 years work experience in either electrical troubleshooting, motors and controls, or industrial electrical.
- Ability to use a 2-way radio and effectively communicate with all departments.
