ETL Developer (DataStage)

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Senior ETL Developer (DataStage) who will work as a data specialist and will work with the development team to design, optimize, and oversee the development of the ETL process for one of our Financial Clients. The duties will also include working with LOB architects in finalizing ETL architecture, monitoring compliance, and overseeing data conversions and migrations. The engineer will also work with application support teams to ensure design incorporates requires monitoring and alerting mechanisms to ensure timeliness and accuracy of reporting data. To succeed in this role, you should know how to examine new data system requirements and implement migration projects. The ideal candidate will also have proven experience in data analysis and management, building large scale data marts for high volume and near real time reporting and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. This job is responsible for defining and leading the engineering approach for complex features to deliver significant business outcomes. Key responsibilities of the job include delivering complex features and technology, enabling development efficiencies, providing technical thought leadership based on conducting multiple software implementations, and applying both depth and breadth in a number of technical competencies. Additionally, this job is accountable for end‑to‑end solution design and delivery. This role is 3x onsite in Charlotte NC.
