Surgical Sales Coordinator (Bilingual / Onsite)

Pay Pay Rate: 20/hr, plus commission In-Clinic Surgical Coordinator — Responsibilities Greet the patient in the lobby and invite them to the consultation room. Provide the patient with instructions on prepping for the assessment. Debrief the doctor on patient medical history and important notes for consults with the doctor. Take notes as the doctor assesses the patient for their procedure of interest. Return to the room and invite the patient to an office to discuss pricing and next steps, including booking a fee or reserving a surgery date. Walk the patient out to the lobby, thanking them for their visit. Return to the consult room to properly clean and restock as needed. Interact with prospective patients to schedule in-clinic or virtual consultations. Close sales (collect a 10% booking fee) by building rapport and overcoming objections. Create invoices and ensure the patient’s medical form in the patient portal is signed, completed, and uploaded before the end of the pay period. Communicate with prospective patients via text, email, or phone. Follow our lead journey process. Focus on quantity: reach a target number of conversations daily. Focus on quality: have meaningful conversations and book consultations or surgery. Answer warm calls from the CSS team. Assist with intake of patients and scheduling of surgeries as needed. Provide accurate pricing estimates. Assist in administrative sales tasks as needed (e.g., patient financing, pre- and post-procedure forms). Assist in consultations (virtual or in-clinic) as needed or instructed. Educate patients on procedures, what they entail, and required labs/clearances based on age and medical history. Explain the booking process and what to expect after booking since multiple departments work together. Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED Bilingual English / Spanish #J-18808-Ljbffr
