ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Grace Roberts - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Handle all customer complaints and issues.
Train and mentor customer service representatives.
Appointment setter
Advising customers regarding insurance

QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years of experience working in the Insurance field.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Licenses required for Property & Casualty and Life & Disability
