MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF A NEG TB SKIN TEST RESULTS or CURRENT CHEST XRAY.

MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE.

MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.

MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE.
