Why Join This Team? $45–$50/hour 35 hours per week Work in a 126-bed facility Collaborative and supportive rehabilitation environment Hands-on opportunity to develop and strengthen your clinical skills Meaningful patient relationships and rewarding work New graduates and experienced clinicians are both encouraged to apply Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will: Carry out individualized treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities Assist with gait, mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and functional training Monitor patient progress and responses to treatment Communicate relevant patient changes and observations to the supervising PT Educate patients and caregivers regarding exercises, mobility, and safety Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with PTs, nursing staff, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals Encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation and celebrate meaningful progress Deliver safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in California Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality patient care Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment New graduates and experienced PTAs are encouraged to apply Why Fremont?
