Full-Time Seasonal Sales Associate

Riddle Plant Farm is a leading provider of high-quality plants and gardening supplies. We are dedicated to fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment for our employees while delivering top-notch products to our customers.

We are currently accepting applications for full-time, seasonal sales associates at both of our Riddle Plant Farm locations. We are seeking outgoing and self-motivated individuals who are eager to work in a fun, yet fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong knowledge of annuals, perennials, trees, and shrubs, as well as experience in the plant or landscaping industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers regarding annuals, perennials, trees, and shrubs.
• Assist customers with their purchases and answer any plant or gardening-related questions.
• Help with general store operations, including stocking, plant care, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Assist with loading customer vehicles with plants, soil, and other heavy items.
• Provide excellent customer service in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of annuals, perennials, trees, and shrubs is mandatory.
• Must have experience working in the plant/landscaping industry, or have completed relevant degrees, certificates, or training in a comparable field.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, seasonal position, including mandatory weekend shifts.
• Work is performed primarily outdoors, requiring exposure to varying weather conditions.
