Summary
Prep cold foods for restaurant and banquets operations. May include salads, sandwiches, desserts, meat/cheese trays, vegetables, fruits, butter, salad dressing, etc. Work together with other staff. Rotate and mark products, clean areas as requested. Skills/Requirements• Prior food prep or cooking experience required
• Safe food handling certification preferred
• Must be available weekends and holidays Benefits
