3rd Shift Supervisor

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a steel facility in Holland, Michigan is looking to add a 3rd shift supervisor to their team.


Supervisor Overview:

• $60,000/year
• 3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am
• Must train on 2nd shift

Supervisor Job Duties:

• Lead and motivate the team to complete daily work safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Keep the shift productive, focused, and accountable to performance standards.
• Ensure quality control by verifying correct materials, sizes, and order accuracy before shipment.
• Ensure trucks are properly and safely loaded with accurate and secure loads.
• Maintain housekeeping, safety, and organization standards throughout the shift.
• Work closely with supervisors, drivers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Supervisor Qualifications:

• Supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial settings preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work in multiple areas as needed.
