Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care across Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery units within an acute care setting
• Monitor and manage patients in 8 LDRP suites, including those with moderate to high-risk obstetric conditions
• Deliver care for normal newborns and support postpartum recovery
• Collaborate closely with OB/GYN physicians, midwives, and a pediatric team in a consistent, team-oriented environment
• Document patient care accurately using Paragon and GE Centricity Perinatal charting systems

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Nebraska or valid Compact license
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in an OB department
• Labor & Delivery experience including moderate to high-risk cases
• Postpartum and normal newborn care experience
• Current BLS and NRP certifications
• Willingness to complete MOAB training if CPI or MOAB certification is not already held (available onsite)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with Paragon and/or GE Centricity Perinatal electronic charting systems
• Experience working in a Level 3 Trauma Facility
• CPI or MOAB certification already obtained
