Territory Manager

RAM Buildings, Inc. is a leading post frame construction company in Minnesota that is seeking a hard-working individual to be a part our team as a Territory Manager in Central & Southwestern, Minnesota. The position is based out of our office in Winsted but will allow for flexibility for partial home officing upon successful training and territory management. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual who wants to be a part of the fast-paced innovative post frame industry. Overall Responsibilities include: Design and sell building projects according to company standards by accurately pricing projects and submitting complete job packets. Manage subcontractor relationships and scope of work in various trades. Provide customer service to past, current, and prospective customers. Respond and manage incoming project inquiries within the territory. Manage the sales process from pre-sale through project completion. Job Experience/Skills: Knowledge or experience in construction (post frame preferred but not required) Skilled using Microsoft Office Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate and work with all departments within the company to achieve successful projects and happy customers. Experience using CRM software (preferred, but not required) Attention to detail, organization skills and problem-solving abilities are a must.
