Description What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical lab analysesencompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and moreadhering to set protocols.
• Review and interpret results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and manage preventative maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis whenever necessary.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and help maintain high laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working space while complying with regulatory and accreditation criteria.

Education

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health degree, complemented by preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Remain currently certified throughout your employment.
