What You’ll Do

Lead, motivate, and develop your team

Create a fun, positive, and fast-paced work environment

Deliver excellent customer service and guest satisfaction

Manage scheduling, inventory, food costs, and daily operations

Hire, train, and coach team members

Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and Subway standards are consistently met

Help drive sales and build a strong team culture

Restaurant or retail management experience preferred
