Cardiac Sonographer
Clinical Management Consultants
Position Overview Cardiac Sonographer / Echo Ultrasonographer In the Radiology and broader diagnostic imaging services environment, the Cardiac Sonographer will work closely with a Lead Echo Technologist, board‑certified cardiologists, electrophysiology specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide high‑quality cardiac imaging services. Responsibilities Perform high‑quality adult transthoracic studies. Assist with stress echocardiography. Provide TEE support in coordination with physicians. Optimize image acquisition and maintain measurement accuracy. Conduct sonographic quality assurance activities. Document studies promptly in the electronic health record. Educate patients compassionately about the procedures. Partner with imaging managers and technologists for protocol adherence and decision support. Support continuous improvement through shared governance and feedback loops.
