• Location: Greenwich, CT
• Patient: 2-year-old pediatric client
• Care Needs: Trach care and temporary G-tube care
• Home Environment: Beautiful family home with no pets and no smokers
• Family: Supportive and welcoming family

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 12-Hour Shifts
• Overnight: 12-Hour Shifts
• Flexible Per Diem Scheduling

Requirements

• Active Connecticut RN License
• New York applicants must hold active RN licenses in both New York and Connecticut
• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with pediatric trach and G-tube care
• Current BLS Certification
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Physical Exam within the past year
• PPD/QuantiFERON within the past year or Chest X-Ray within the past five years
