If you have experience and are looking for an opportunity to work for a great company, we encourage you to apply!We are hiring for a FIRST SHIFT - Line Lead in our Packaging Department Hours are: 5:30am - 2:30pm (with some mandatory OT)Line Leader is responsible for assisting the supervisor of the Packaging Department in overseeing the production team's activities. Will provide to supervisor with input on employee's counseling and performance evaluations. Additionally, will assist the supervisor with day-to-day production, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Primary responsibility is to ensure that the staff meets their production, quality, and safety goals. In the department supervisor's absence, the leader will assume their duties.Responsible for assisting the supervisor on all operational & safety-related functions of company equipment & machinery.Must be consistent & reliable in attendance. Ability to use basic math skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Understand all aspects of company recipes.
