RO Packaging Assistant - 2nd Shift

2nd Shift

Hours: Monday-Friday 3:45pm to 12:15am

Overtime is required based on production needs.

Pay: $17.50/hour

Summary: Verifies quantity, quality, and labeling of products ready for shipment by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Ensures correct box type, box liners and packing methods are used.
• Assembles boxes and affixes labels on packaging.
• Examines packs, cups, or bottles and contents of items for conformance to customer specifications.
• Palletize boxes onto correct pallets to follow customer specifications.

Language Skills Must be able to speak, read and write in English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals.

Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form.

Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of computers and the ability to input data into a computer.
