Quality Inspector - 3rd Shift

Summary As a Quality Inspector for PaperTech, you will play a key role in ensuring product quality at every stage of the production process. You will be responsible for conducting routine quality checks, documenting findings, and coordinating the handling of non‑conforming products. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards will help ensure the quality of raw materials, work‑in‑progress (WIP) products, assembly components, and finished goods. Shift Details 3rd Shift: Monday‑Friday 12:00 am – 8:00 am About The Role Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, work‑in‑progress (WIP) products, assembly products, and finished goods across all departments. Write reports on testing findings. Record data into check sheets and software. Coordinate the placement of non‑conforming products into the QC hold area. Coordinate and assist in sorting inspections/repacking items from the QC hold area. Maintain order/cleanliness of the QC hold area. Assure all product quality (raw materials, WIP product, assembly product, and finished goods). Ensure quality of corrugation, bags, labels, and pallets are acceptable. Communicate with other team members and management about quality issues. During peak periods, team members may be required to work extended hours as business needs dictate. Follow all food and personal safety rules and regulations in respect to GMP’s, OSHA, HACCP, the Global Food Safety Initiative, the site SQF program as stated in the FS&Q Policy, HSE, and sanitation guidelines as set forth by the company.
