Job Description

Join Paradigm Health as a full-time Hospice RN Case Manager and provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients and families across a local Indiana territory. This Monday–Friday role offers a consistent schedule, strong benefits, mileage reimbursement, and the chance to work with a 6-time Top Workplace recognized for its supportive team culture.
