Restaurant Assistant General Manager

We are seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to join a well-established, scratch kitchen restaurant group in North Dallas. This is an excellent opportunity for a GM-ready leader who thrives in a hands-on, guest-focused environment and is looking for long-term growth.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of AGM or GM experience in full-service restaurants
  • Scratch kitchen experience preferred
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
  • Strong guest service and operational focus
  • Stable work history
Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations and support the team on the floor
  • Coach and develop staff to deliver a strong guest experience
  • Assist with sales, local marketing, and community engagement
  • Support financial performance and overall restaurant operations
