This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments, as well as accurately entering inventory into our ERP system (Great Plains).The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory and supporting overall warehouse operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a well-organized distribution network, this position is perfect for you!**Responsibilites*** Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage* Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips* Process inventory into **Great Plains (ERP system)*** Label, organize, and stock materials in designated warehouse locations* Communicate discrepancies with purchasing or management* Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation* Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits* Support general warehouse operations as needed## Qualifications* 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, including shipping & receiving, order picking & packing, and stock management* Forklift Certified (Required)* Microsoft GP highly preferred* Previous warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience preferred* Experience with ERP systems (Great Plains is a plus)* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills* Basic computer and data entry skills* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs* Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment**What We Offer:*** Competitive hourly pay: **$22.00 – $25.00 DOE*** Full-time, stable position w/OT opportunities* Opportunity to grow within the company* Health Benefits, Holiday Pay, Sick Pay, Paid Time Off, and more.**Schedule:****Monday – Friday (Day shift, standard business hours)****Occasional Saturdays required based on business needs**This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant logistics environment where your efforts directly impact customer satisfaction.
