What You'll Do:

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans for outpatient care
• Administer a variety of rehabilitation techniques to improve patient mobility and function
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and adjust therapies as needed
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and health maintenance

What You Need:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university
• Valid Physical Therapy license for Arkansas
• CPR certification (current)
• Excellent communication skills and compassionate attitude
• Prior outpatient setting experience is a plus, but not required
