Per Diem Pharmacist — Medication Safety & Compliance
BayMark Health Services
BAART Program is seeking a per diem Pharmacist to provide pharmacy services to patients and clinical staff. The role focuses on interpreting orders, ensuring safety, and upholding standard drug handling procedures. The ideal candidate will have a Utah Pharmacist license, a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, CPR/First Aid certification, and strong knowledge of HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
