Yes**hybrid work set-up**Job Details:Must Have SkillsInfrastructure test managementCloud Test managementOracle erp test managementNice to have skillsDetailed Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities• Lead and coordinate end-to-end testing activities across APAC for large-scale IT Infrastructure carve-out and application migration programs.• Manage testing for infrastructure build, environment validation, migration, and transition into the newly established merged zone.• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, schedules, and quality governance across multiple workstreams.• Oversee testing across Oracle, SAP, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Engineering & Manufacturing, Integration, Data & Analytics, and other enterprise applications.• Coordinate SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration, Cutover, and Migration Testing activities.• Drive defect management, risk mitigation, dependency tracking, and release readiness assessments.• Collaborate with Business, Infrastructure, Application, Security, Network, and Vendor teams to ensure successful delivery.• Provide program leadership with status reporting, quality metrics, testing dashboards, and executive updates.• Manage geographically distributed testing teams and ensure adherence to testing standards, processes, and SLAs.Technical Skills• Strong experience in IT Infrastructure Testing, Data Center/Cloud Migration Testing, and Enterprise Application Testing.• Experience supporting large-scale carve-out, divestiture, merger, acquisition, or transformation programs.• Knowledge of Oracle, SAP, Integration Platforms, Data Migration, and Enterprise Application ecosystems.• Hands-on understanding of Functional, Integration, Regression, UAT, Migration, and Cutover Testing.• Experience with Cloud Platforms and Infrastructure Readiness Testing.• Familiarity with Test Management tools such as Jira, PanayaExperience• 10+ years of testing experience with at least 5 years in Test Management roles.• Proven experience managing cross-functional testing programs involving infrastructure transformation and application migration initiatives.• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.Minimum years of experience>10 yearsCertifications Needed :NoTop 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and executeInfrastructure test managementCloud Test managementOracle erp test managementInterview Process (Is face to face required?)NoAny additional information you would like to share about the project specs/ nature of workCustom Fields: Name: Intake Call RequestedValue: trueName: Intake Call CompletedValue: false
