• Assist in developing performance dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs for investments or business units

• Partner with investment, banking, or strategy teams to incorporate performance insights into future decisions

• Support post-transaction and post-investment reviews to assess value creation effectiveness

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline

• Strong interest in investment performance, returns analysis, and financial strategy

• Solid understanding of valuation, portfolio metrics, and performance measurement frameworks

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and data interpretation skills

• Ability to translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights

• High attention to detail and comfort working with large financial datasets

• Prior internship or experience in investment banking, asset management, private equity, FP&A, consulting, or analytics is beneficial

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial or performance analytics tools
