Senior Paralegal

Boutique litigation law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to add on to their aviation department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience on the plaintiff side of litigation, and will be responsible for:

• Typing, formatting, and editing legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence

• Electronic filing (ECF) of court documents in both state and federal courts

• Setting up appointments and arranging travel, including preparing detailed itineraries

• Creating and submitting expense reports

• Fielding phone calls, scheduling meetings, and maintaining attorney work calendars

• Providing reception relief and general administrative support as needed

• Submitting, tracking, and following up on records requests, including medical, employment, and other third-party records

• Entering, updating, and maintaining case information in the firm’s case management system

• Serving as a point of contact for clients and maintaining professional, responsive communication

• Preparing materials for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials, including exhibits, binders, and witness files

• Assisting attorneys and paralegals with discovery, document production, Bates labeling, and trial preparation

• Coordinating schedules and communications with experts, witnesses, court personnel, opposing counsel,

and outside vendors

• Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and service of process

• Maintaining strict confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion

This role is onsite four days a week, with one day per week remote

Pay to 85k plus excellent benefits.
