Patient Account Analyst

Job Title Responsible for retail sales, assisting patients with supply refills, order intake, data entry, answering phones, coordinating deliveries, and insurance verification. Must be self-directed, able to multi-task, pay close attention to detail, and have excellent interpersonal / customer service skills. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Training and Experience: Experience in durable medical equipment preferred but not required. Job Knowledge: Candidate must be proficient in data entry, counter sales and dealing with public. A "safety sensitive" position is any job position in which impaired performance could result in harm to the health and/or safety of self or others.
