You’ll design and build workflow automation and help bring life‑saving therapies to patients faster. What You’ll Do Work directly with clients and subject matter experts to understand their processes and needs, codifying this into software and evaluation datasets. Build and customize AI workflows using LLMs and agentic frameworks. Own end-to-end deployments from prompt crafting to evaluation. Iterate quickly with users to improve output. Serve as a bridge between customer needs and Bluenote’s platform capabilities. Who You Are Entrepreneurial and excited to build a high‑growth startup. Strong communicator with experience working across technical and non‑technical teams. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapidly evolving requirements. Curious about how AI and LLMs can transform the life sciences industry. Exhibits thoroughness and precision. What You Bring 5+ years of post‑college experience in software engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience in leading major product launch and/or customer implementations. Hands‑on experience crafting prompts and building with LLMs. Solid understanding of systems thinking and problem decomposition.
