We are seeking a motivated and talented Associate Attorney with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate brings experience in both civil litigation and business transactional work, thrives in a fast-paced boutique environment, and is eager to develop into a well-rounded commercial attorney. Duties include:

• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and case strategy recommendations.
• Assist in all phases of discovery, including document review, deposition preparation, and expert coordination.
• Appear at hearings, depositions, and client meetings.
• Manage case calendars, deadlines, and court filings.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including purchase agreements, service agreements, licensing agreements, NDAs, and employment agreements.
• Advise clients on entity formation, governance matters, and general corporate compliance under California law.
• Support real estate transactions including commercial leasing, purchase and sale agreements, and financing documents.
• Collaborate with clients and outside counsel on multi-jurisdictional matters as needed.
