Lead Engineer Provider Engineering - Humata Health, Inc

Key Responsibilities Architect and develop robust, high‑throughput APIs using TypeScript, Go, and .NET, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Design and maintain PostgreSQL schemas, optimize queries, and implement data integrity and security best practices. Lead a cross‑functional engineering team, mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with product, compliance, and DevOps teams to define feature requirements, release schedules, and deployment pipelines. Drive performance tuning, monitoring, and incident response for mission‑critical services. Requirements 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend development. Proficiency in TypeScript, Go, and .NET ecosystems, including RESTful API design and microservices architecture. Deep experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, indexing, and performance optimization. Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and regulatory compliance (HIPAA).
