Dice Room Lead Shift 2A

Royer Corporationis seeking a motivated and safety-focusedDice Room Leadto oversee production operations and ensure efficient performance during assigned shifts. This role is responsible for supervising dice room activities, maintaining quality and productivity standards, and promoting a safe and organized work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise production activities in the dice room.
• Ensure all operations are running efficiently and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Review, understand, and follow work orders according to the production schedule.
• Monitor dice room performance and productivity throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the Royer Company Handbook.
• Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions and responsibilities.
• Support and promote a culture of workplace safety.

Qualifications

• Excellent attendance record.
• Strong commitment to safety at all times.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and oversee production activities effectively.
• Manufacturing or supervisory experience preferred.
• Willing and able to work in a hot production environment.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.

Shift 2A

• Thursday: 1:00 PM 7:00 PM
• Friday Sunday: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour
