THE ROLE

Dishwashers play an essential role in keeping our kitchens running smoothly. They are passionate about food and genuine hospitality and work as part of the Back of House team to maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation while supporting kitchen operations.

We are looking for team members who:

• Enjoy working as part of a team and are always willing to help where needed.
• Have a strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and quality.

• Have flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous kitchen or dishwasher experience is preferred but not required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and maintain the dish machine.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain an adequate supply of clean dishware, glassware, silverware, and cookware throughout each shift.
• Keep the dish area and kitchen clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Support kitchen operations wherever needed.
• Follow all sanitation and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Passion for teamwork, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Previous kitchen or dishwasher experience is preferred but not required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / WORKING CONDITIONS

• Ability to lift, move, and carry 50+ pounds.
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8+ hours per shift.
