Paralegal Aide, Level 2

The Paralegal Aide would perform tasks including: data entry into Law Manager, filing settlement documents with the Court including stipulations of settlement and stipulations of discontinuance, processing documents such as audit report forms, requests for judicial intervention, 718 stipulations and mortgage foreclosures. Additionally, the Paralegal Aide would prepare weekly court calendars for attorneys' appearances by cross-referencing dozens of cases appearing in Court with Law Department records and notes, processing dozens of boxes of division mail received daily through entries into Law Manager and distributing mail to proper recipients.

New York City residency is generally required within 90 days of appointment.
