If you're looking for your next opportunity with a great organization, apply today for immediate consideration!Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with month-end and year-end close processesPrepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reportsMaintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial dataSupport accounts payable and accounts receivable functionsAssist with audits and tax filingsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial complianceQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance3+ years of accounting experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookupsExperience with accounting software such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or similar systemsExcellent communication and organizational skillsSchedule5 days per week onsite in Jamaica, Queens, NYTypical schedule is 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with flexibility on start and end times provided 40 hours are worked each week$29-37/hr
