Bilingual Staffing Coordinator – Pediatric Home Care (Phoenix Branch)

Must Speak Spanish/English

Position is IN OFFICE ONLY. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Dependable Health Services is seeking a motivated and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our pediatric home care division in our Phoenix branch. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our skilled nursing and respite clients receive the care they need by effectively managing staffing operations and supporting recruitment efforts.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and manage staffing needs for a variety of pediatric clients
• Collaborate with Human Resources on recruiting, onboarding, and hiring processes
• Assist with candidate screening and interview coordination
• Support the planning and execution of orientation and training programs
• Build and manage employee schedules, shifts, and assignments
• Track timekeeping and manage time-off requests
• Work closely with payroll to ensure accurate employee compensation
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Prepare reports related to staffing and operational needs

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Staffing Coordinator or in a similar role (preferred)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)-is required
• Strong knowledge of staffing practices and procedures
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Basic computer skills (email, texting, Microsoft Office)
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams across departments

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• 0–2 years of home health or related experience (preferred but not required)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
