Express Employment Professionals is urgently hiring Production Packaging Associates near the Eau Claire area!

Job Title: Packer


Location: Chippewa Falls, WI


Pay:

• Day Shift: $21.00/hr
• Night Shift: $23.00/hr

Schedule - 12 Hour Rotating Shifts (2-2-3 Schedule)


We are hiring for both day and night shift rotations:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | $21/hr
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | $23/hr

This position follows a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, meaning:

• Work 2 days
• Off 2 days
• Work 3 days
• Then the schedule rotates the following week

This schedule provides every other weekend off while offering consistent full-time hours.


These positions need to be filled immediately, so we are looking for dependable candidates ready to start ASAP.

What You'll Do

• Package finished products accurately and efficiently
• Operate and monitor packaging equipment and conveyor lines
• Inspect bottles and packaging for quality and accuracy
• Clear bottle jams and keep production flowing smoothly
• Refill packaging materials and monitor supply levels
• Ensure labels and packaging meet customer specifications
• Move finished products to designated storage areas
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Follow all safety procedures and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Communicate issues, defects, or equipment concerns to leadership promptly
• Support team members and assist with additional production tasks as needed

• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to pass a background check

Work Environment


This position works in a manufacturing setting with moving machinery and varying temperatures depending on the season. PPE is required in designated areas to maintain a safe work environment.
