Operate out of a prominent, highly successful Denver hangar that manages a diverse lineup of general aviation reciprocating airframes, including Cirrus, Cessna, and Diamond models. Our streamlined crew is technically advanced and on a deliberate scaling pathcurrently integrating advanced turboprop service lines and experimental electric aircraft systems as we march toward a near-term Part 145 repair station certification. Hourly Wage Range: $32.00 $42.00 / hour (Base rate matches your verifiable A&P, structural, or glass-cockpit troubleshooting experience).

Financial moving assistance is available and negotiated on an individual case-by-case basis.

40-hour weekly baseline with flexible scheduling options like 4x10 schedules (granting you a permanent 3-day weekend) or traditional 5x8 line shifts based on hangar needs.

Overtime is frequently available, with scheduled weekend coverage and emergency AOG service calls paid out at premium rates.

Reporting directly to the Director of Maintenance, this cross-functional position ensures our busy general aviation fleet remains safe and airworthy. Execute efficient, top-tier scheduled phase checks and unscheduled line maintenance across our active fleet of light general aviation piston airplanes.

Diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex electrical defects and avionics anomalies using a structured, system-based approach.

Perform and legally sign off on 100-hour and annual airframe inspections in strict compliance with 14 CFR Parts 43 and 91 criteria.

Collaborate on comprehensive avionics modernization projects, including the installation of integrated GPS platforms, multi-function displays, communication radios, and digital autopilot systems.

Handle minor airframe structural work and sheet metal repairs in precise accordance with structural repair manuals and OEM blueprints.

Read, interpret, and accurately execute Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and manufacturer technical data.

Ensure all performed tasks, parts tracking, and sign-offs are logged cleanly within the shop's digital maintenance records platform.

Support the fleet by participating in the shared on-call pool for weekend coverage and urgent AOG line events.

Preserve a pristine, highly orderly individual workspace and contribute to overall hangar safety standards.

An active, unencumbered FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.

A minimum of 3 years of recent, active maintenance experience as a certificated mechanic working on light general aviation piston airframes.

A proven, verifiable history of independently running and authorizing 100-hour inspections on light aircraft.

Strong baseline competency troubleshooting aircraft electrical schematics and avionics packages.

Thorough, working familiarity with 14 CFR Parts 43 and 91 regulatory frameworks.

Ownership of a standard personal set of basic aviation hand tools.

Excellent technical documentation habits and clear, professional verbal communication with the crew.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work comfortably in confined airframe spaces, and operate safely around typical aviation solvents, fuels, and shop noise.

Active FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) stamp.

Direct technical familiarity with Garmin G1000, Avidyne, or comparable integrated flight deck systems.

Prior maintenance background supporting high-cycle fleet environments like busy flight training centers or fractional flight operations.

Hands-on experience with advanced sheet metal work or structural composite repairs.

Previous exposure to turboprop powerplants or light corporate turboprop airframes.

Prior experience acting as a lead technician, crew chief, or shop supervisor.
