As a Customer Experience Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes. Additionally, you’ll assist in resolving customer concerns, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care.

We’re looking for someone who brings a blend of analytical skills and a customer-first mindset. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or analytical role.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A proactive approach to identifying solutions and driving improvements.
