Position Summary Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.Work you'll doAs an Analytics and Insights Engineer III on the Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for:Design, configure, and develop OneStream solutions that support planning, consolidation, reporting, and financial data management requirements.Build and maintain business rules, dashboards, workflows, data integrations, and reports within the OneStream platform.Translate business and technical requirements into scalable application designs and system configurations.Support testing, deployment, defect resolution, and production stabilization activities across project life cycles.Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver implementation workstreams within agreed scope and timelines.A successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to othersThe teamOur team supports finance transformation and enterprise performance management initiatives through technology-enabled solutions.
