Location: Austin, TX About Olive Branch ABA We're a woman-owned, BCBA-led practice built to be the one we wished we'd worked at. We support clinicians so families receive better care. We help children in the Austin area build confidence, independence, and real‑life skills through thoughtful, ethical ABA. All decisions are led by a practicing BCBA. Bilingual English/Spanish clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply, as many families speak Spanish at home. What Makes This Different: Team Support You will have a dedicated team to protect your clinical time: Client Care Coordinators handle scheduling, family communication logistics, and day‑to‑day coordination. Dedicated billing and authorization support. Strong RBT training and onboarding. Administrative systems designed to reduce documentation. What You'd Actually Do Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Supervise and mentor RBTs. Provide parent training and walk alongside families. Monitor progress and adjust goals as children grow and change. Collaborate with a clinical team that communicates regularly.
