Business Analyst – Global Physical Security (Sacramento, CA) This role supports and collaborates with Source-to-Settle on supplier management, contract creation and negotiation, RFP, and management of requisitions and purchases. The position is responsible for payment services to optimize spending, review invoices, mitigate risk, and improve business processes for GPS Operations. It executes cross‑functional relationships with peers and stakeholders to support business functions for GPS, collaborating directly with managers and directors to ensure operations progress effectively. The Business Analyst is the primary interface with all clients and ensures client needs and expectations are met with high‑quality, industry‑standard programs and services. This position reports directly to the Americas Sr. Business Analyst, Business Operations – Global Physical Security. Responsibilities Reviews and tracks purchase orders regularly and ensures invoicing occurs in a timely manner. Coordinates supplier setups, contract processing, requisition creation, and transfer of purchase orders. Resolves various issues with tax, accounts payable, and other supplier requests by working with support helpdesks and other lines of business. Coordinates activities of other personnel on the team by leading projects, trainings, and initiatives. Identifies, investigates, and analyzes potential areas for operational improvement (contracts, procurement, etc.) and proposes enhancements. Creates, reviews, and analyzes monthly financial reports, reporting variances from the budget and providing suggested solutions. Coordinates the compilation and presentation of global budgets for GPS Security Operations. Performs additional functions and duties as assigned by the Director, Global Business Operations – Global Physical Security. Key Skills and Qualifications 2–3 years of demonstrated business/financial experience. BA degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex financial issues clearly to non‑finance executives. Comfortable leading multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. Experience in corporate physical security and relationship management skills. Strong follow‑through skills to obtain and correct information from internal and third parties. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format with attention to detail. Capable of making in‑depth decisions on non‑routine complex issues. Benefits & Compensation US: Hiring range from $51,200 to $99,900 per annum (USD $24.62 to $48.03 per hour). Eligible for equity.
