Alliance Senior Care is hiring for a Recruiting and Retention Specialist – In-Home Care to help us attract, hire, train, and retain exceptional caregivers. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships, and wants to play a key part in growing a strong, engaged caregiving team. In this role, you will lead the process of bringing top talent into our organization, supporting them through onboarding and ongoing training, and creating retention and team-building efforts that help our staff feel connected, appreciated, and successful.
