Responsibilities Provides accurate, courteous, and timely professional service to existing and prospective members. Ability to operate branch working independently with little or no supervision. Meet and exceed branch membership and lending goals and objectives. Ability to build relationships with members and identify opportunities to cross sell credit union products and services to enhance their financial well‑being. Process loan and new membership applications ensuring proper credit union processes are followed and adhered to. Process transfers between accounts and automatic distribution forms, recording all transactions according to member's request and credit union guidelines. Perform credit card advances, receive loan payments, and service charge payments as required. Assist members by providing information and answering questions about the credit union services and requirements/eligibility. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Some college level coursework preferred. Two years prior banking and customer service experience. Identifying opportunities to enhance member financial needs, goals and objectives. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Basic computer skills and familiarity with financial systems.
